Thank you for your interest in one of our Solutions Properties!

We are always looking for great tenants. Here are a few reminders and tips to help you while you are going through our online application process.

1. This is a general application link to all properties for screening. Within this application you will be able to specify what property you are applying for and make sure the agent assisting you gets the credit they should 🙂
2. This is for all rental applications including application submissions for approvals required for condo/homeowners associations.
3. When starting the application, the system will prompt for an application fee of $75.00 (plus $10 processing fee charged by software). This can be paid by debit, credit, or e-check.
4. The application fee is $75.00 (plus $10 processing fee charged by software) per EACH person 18 and up. The application fee is non-refundable when submission is made. All occupants over 18 must apply and fill out a separate application. All personal information should be correct and answered honestly.
5. We present all applications within 72 hour period,
6. We have no control over when apps are received and process them in order of receiving them. Therefore, please understand we could have additional applications also being considered.
7. Only fully submitted and completed applications will be eligible for processing. This includes attaching all of your documents required to the application: drivers license, income verification, vet records, letters of reference and/or explanation. (Recommended and especially if you have any concerns about your application). You will also be asked to provide information on your monthly income, and please note that most properties require that applicant combined gross income is at least three times the monthly rent amount.
8. All applications are handled on a case-by-case basis.
9. The system can time out and you will lose all of your hard work on your applications if you are on too long. Please have all the informationApp ready when you start the process.
